I'm a German which is why our house is named Linderhof . . . . husband Jim is a Scot . . . .
And we were able to "score" these two steins -- one for me (the German) and one for husband Jim (the Scott).

But not any German -- a Bavarian German with blond pigtales and a pretzel for a handle and a handful of beer. And the Scott . . . a bagpipe and golf clubs.

Husband Jim collects steins and could not resist these two -- one for my German heritage -- the other for his Scottish heritage.
A Thrify find -- bought one at a time -- first the Scot . . . then the German . . . .

Those are too cute Martha! By coincidence, husband Dan happens to be traveling to Bavaria next month on business!!! I will have to put him on a mission to see what he can rummage up for me. I'm part German too!
