Every Thursday morning at 8 a.m. our
Chamber of Commerce hosts a Thursday Morning Coffee. Chamber leaders and business people gather to network and . . . .

Nosh on sweet treats.

My contribution was these lavender crescents -- and nary a crumb was left!

This coffee was hosted by the Bourbon County Master Gardeners and Garden Club at the Heritage Park Pavilion -- the gardens of which the gardeners maintain.

Our State Senator visits with the Athletic Director of our Community College.

There is always a good turnout for these Thursday morning coffees and last Thursday the Garden Club proved not only can they garden but they also can cook!
It's a great way to start a Thursday morning -- with friendship and food. Each week a different business (or civic group) host the coffee and it gives the hosts an opportunity to let everyone know more about their business (or club).
It's Wednesday which means that it's Outdoor Wednesday so please join Susan at A Southern Daydreamer to see the great outdoors this Wednesday!

What a great community you live in, Martha! I like the idea of a different host each week - and I'll bet everyone liked your crescents!

Such a fun event, and the food looks yummy!
Martha, we have a Leads group through our Chamber which meets Wednesdays at 8:30 in the morning. A local restaurant generously hosts us as the group has grown to over 100! Small town living is wonderful!
